Hi, I’m Holly.
I work with individual educators who struggle with classroom management, professional burnout and/or creating amazing classroom experiences; and schools that want to improve their climate and culture through a focus on relational teaching, positive guidance and reflective teaching practices.

I’ve been running my business for 12 years and I’ve served over 2,000 people in face-to-face and online seminars, workshops and college courses.  I've spent time in dozens of schools helping teachers and school leaders work toward continuous improvement.  I'm also a passionate advocate for social justice in schools and in the world.

Helping people to feel lit up about teaching and education makes me so proud and drives everything I do.
